1. Usage Rights
1.1 The Ethical Content Accreditation (the "Accreditation") is granted to an organisation or individual (the "Recipient") that meets the criteria set forth by The Ethical Media Group Ltd.
1.2 The Accreditation is non-transferable and can only be used by the Recipient organisation.
2. Scope and Limitations of Use
2.1 The Accreditation may be used in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials, including websites, social media, and print media.
2.2 The Certification must not be altered, modified, or used in a misleading manner.
2.3 The use of the Certification does not imply endorsement of any specific product or service by Ethical Media Group Ltd.
3. Display Guidelines
3.1 When displayed on a website, the Certification should link back to the Ethical Content website (www.ethicalcontent.co.uk).
3.2 On social media, the use of the Certification must be accompanied by a statement clarifying the meaning and criteria of the Certification.
4. Compliance and Violations
4.1 Continued compliance with the ethical standards set forth by Ethical Media Group Ltd is required to maintain the validity of the certification.
4.2 Violation of these standards or misuse of the certification will result in immediate revocation and may lead to further legal action.
5. Renewal and Expiration
5.1 The Accreditation is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
5.2 Failure to renew the annual subscription will result in the expiration of the Accreditation and cessation of all usage rights.
6. Revocation
6.1 Ethical Media Group Ltd reserves the right to revoke the Accreditation at any time if the Recipient is found in violation of these terms or the underlying ethical standards.
6.2 Upon revocation, the Recipient must cease all use of the Accreditation immediately and remove it from all platforms.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 The Accreditation is provided 'as is' without any warranties. Ethical Media Group Ltd is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the Accreditation.
7.2 The Accreditation does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or ethical compliance of the Recipient’s content or services.
8. Amendments
Ethical Media Group Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Accreditation after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Acceptance
By using the Accreditation, the Recipient agrees to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
